Roshan joined RD Chambers in September 2012 after being admitted to the Mauritian Bar and practises across corporate, litigation, advisory, and regulatory compliance matters. He regularly appears before the various courts and tribunals of Mauritius, acting in commercial, civil, and criminal proceedings for both corporate and individual clients.
Roshan read law at the University of Essex, UK, graduating in 2004, and subsequently completed the Bar Vocational Course at the University of The West of England, Bristol. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2006. Between 2005 and 2007, he gained valuable professional experience in the finance and legal department of a leading accountancy firm in the United Kingdom. He went on to obtain an LLM in Banking and Finance from Queen Mary University of London in 2009.
