Fatimah's scope of practice involves Criminal matters and litigation, dispute resolution, Family law, Mediation, disciplinary hearings, Contract & lease agreements and Civil litigation. She also assists clients in criminal investigations at Police stations, FCC, CCID, and Port police, and is registered for Legal aid cases (IFP). She frequently deals with Municipality and District Council cases and has appeared before all the District Court of Mauritius, Intermediate courts as well as Supreme Courts. Upon graduating from an LLB (Hons) degree from Middlesex University, she embarked on the Bar Professional Training Course at BPP in London, was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2021, and subsequently joined RD Chambers in 2022.
