Razi is a barrister-at-law called to the bar at the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in the UK and also a non-practising solicitor of England and Wales.
He leads a practice focused on business laws with specialism in taxation and transactional work. Razi has significant experience advising multinational corporations on areas including taxation, insolvency, regulatory and mergers and acquisitions. Razi regularly appears before courts and tribunals in Mauritius and has also appeared before the COMESA Court of Justice in Zambia.
Prior to joining chambers, Razi spent time with a Big 4 firm in Mauritius and also practiced as a solicitor at a Big 4 firm and an international law firm in London, UK.
